姚晓明
Yao Xiaoming

       姚晓明律师于1984年毕业于中国政法大学，获法学学士学位。他于八十年代末赴国外学习法律，获得法学硕士学位。姚律师于1985年加入长城律师事务所，为创始律师之一。他对外商投资的大型项目有着丰富的经验，并对外商投资电厂项目有着深入的研究。曾参与华美卷烟项目、北京松下彩色显像管项目和河北邯峰电厂项目。他同时协助多家外国公司处理在中国的投资业务。他的业务范围主要包括外商直接投资（包括外商投资企业在中国的日常经营活动）、项目融资、高科技风险投资、仲裁等。他也曾参与外商投资中国因特网项目，并对该领域的法律问题有深入的研究。他曾在报刊上发表过数篇有关中国商法的文章。姚律师现为本所创始律师之一。

Yao Xiaoming, obtained his Bachelor of Law from the China University of Politics and Law in 1984. He received a degree of LLM. during his  further study abroad in 1980's. Mr.Yao joined the Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Office as an initiatory lawyer. He's gotten much experience in huge foreign investing projects ,specially in handling the project of electric plant invested by foreigner, and he anticipated the foundation of Huamei Cigarette project, Beijing Panasonic Color Kinescope project and Hebei Hanfeng Electric Plant project etc..  Meanwhile Mr.Yao deals with the investment affairs in China for a number of foreign corporations, including Kodak Limited and Owens Corning Fiberglas Co., Ltd. Mr.Yao's principal areas of practice are direct foreign investment (including the activities of Joint Ventures in China), project financing,  risks of high-tech investment, arbitration etc.. He joined the internet project in China which was invested by foreigner and did deep study in this area. Mr. Yao has published several articles and lectures on  topics of Chinese commercial law. And now he is  the director and partner of G &W Law Firm.

林旭光
Lin Xuguang

        林律师于1986年毕业于复旦大学，获法学学士学位。1996年，林律师在中国人民大学获得了经济学硕士学位；1999年，林律师在北京大学获得了法律硕士学位。林律师还拥有中国司法部和中国证券监督管理委员会颁发的证券律师资格。1986年毕业之后，林律师在中国石油天然气总公司（中油公司）开始了他的法律专业工作；他曾向中油公司的经理们讲授过经济法和税法，并曾主持过中油公司的国际石油合作经理培训项目。
       1991年至1992年,林律师还曾在中油公司从事了石油立法工作。1993年,林律师调往对外贸易经济合作部长城对外经济律师事务所（长城所）工作。林律师在中国石油工业系统和对外贸易经济合作工作系统有着广泛的工作背景，并在大型建设项目方面有着丰富的法律工作经验；比如他曾在中国陆上石油对外合作第一轮招标项目之中和在海南省以ＢＯＴ方式设立外商投资的发电厂项目之中提供过专业法律服务。他现在是许多中国企业开展国际石油投资活动及其他的海外活动的法律顾问。林律师的工作范围主要是投资项目和综合性公司法律事务以及国际仲裁，包括协助客户完成投资项目的筹建工作以及协助客户开展投资项目的后继日常工作。林律师目前致力于基础产业项目融资活动中的法律事务。林律师的工作语言为普通话和英语。林律师现为本所主任、创始律师之一。

Lin Xuguang, obtained his Bachelor of Law from the Fudan University in 1986. He received a Master of Economics from Renmin University in 1996, and a Master of Laws from Peking University in 1999 . Mr.Lin holds the Certificate of Securities Lawyer issued by the Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. After graduation from Fudan University in 1986, Mr.Lin started hid legal profession in China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) where he taught Economic Law and Taxation Law to the managers selected from CNPC and directed the program of training managers for international petroleum cooperation for CNPC. From 1991 to 1992, he was the secretary to the legislation of petroleum. Mr.Lin joined the Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Office(Great Wall) of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China in 1993. In 1999, he established the G&W Law Firm on the basis of  Great Wall as one of partners. Mr.Lin has an extensive background in both the petroleum industry of China and the administrative system of foreign trade and economic cooperation of  China. He also has considerable experience in large scale construction projects, such as the first round of invitation for bids for exploitation of land petroleum resource of China and the Power Plant Project in Hainan financed by BOT.  He also is an advisor to China entities on international petroleum investments and other overseas activities. Meanwhile, he is the legal counselor to many big foreign corporations on their investments and other relevant activities in China. His principal areas of practice are foreign investment in China (including assisting clients to establish operations in china and assisting foreign investment enterprises in relation to their on-going activities in China) and general corporate work as well as international arbitration. The majority of Mr.Lin's current practice is devoted to industrial and infrastructure facility, project and equipment financing. Mr.Lin is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English.

史保嘉
Shi Baojia

        史保嘉于1988年获中国人民大学法学学士学位，1995年至1997年就读于北京大学法律系法理学研究生班。自70年代末开始供职于政法系统，有长期的工作经历和工作背景。1994年加盟长城律师事务所从事律师工作，为格文律师事务所创始人之一。执业以来，一直以代理民事、经济、刑事以及知识产权等各类诉讼、仲裁案件为主，以法理精湛、风格细腻稳健、服务周到为当事人所称道。目前还担任多家国有大型企业和中外合资、民营企业的常年法律顾问，并为国际计划等外国公司、机构处理在华业务提供法律服务。近年来特别专注于国内产权市场运行现状及法律问题，在北京市首家利用外资进行国有资产重组的联合利华购并京华茶叶项目中受聘出任中方担纲律师。

Ms.Shi Baojia , attorney at law, was conferred her academic degree of LL.B. by the China People's University in 1988. and pursed her postgraduate studies at the Law School Peking University from 1995 to 1997. Beginning her legal career in the judicial and legal system in late 1970s. Shi Baojia has acquired long years of legal practice and accumulated a rich stock of professional experience since then. She started her practice as an attorney at law after joining the Great Wall Law Office in 1994, and is one of the founding members of the G &W Law Firm. Ever since the start of her legal practice, she has been acting as the attorney for tens of cases including judicial proceeding involving civil, criminal, economic, intelligence property issues, as well as arbitration involving trade and foreign investment in China, Ms Shi has been highly acclaimed by her clients for her consummate mastery of the theoretical framework of law , exquisite and steady working style and solicitous commitment and service. Besides, Ms.Shi currently serves as the permanent legal counselor for several large enterprises concerning foreign trade , aerospace industry and construction engineering . On top of this, she has provided a variety of foreign companies and offices with legal service in their business in China, including Epson from Japan, Continental Grain Company from the U.S.A.,Tang Freres S.A. from France and Plan International, etc. In the recent years, she is intensely interested in the operational mechanism of the domestic property market and the related legal issues , and, on account of this ,she has been invited to service as the principal Chinese attorney at law for the very first project for reconstriction of the State-owned property using foreign investment in which Unilever purchases the assets and trade mark of Jinghua Tea Corporation in Beijing.

张卫东
Zhang Weidong

        张卫东律师1989年毕业于对外经济贸易大学，同年到长城律师事务所工作。1999年张律师作为合伙人之一与原长城律师事务所的部分律师共同创建了格文律师事务所。在其十年的专业律师执业过程中，张卫东律师积累了丰富的经验。他曾先后担任十几家国有企业和外商投资企业的常年法律顾问，如中外合资西安杨森制药有限公司、中国成套设备进出口公司、荷兰ＳＨＶ能源有限公司、外商独资北京屈臣氏蒸馏水有限公司等，为这些企业的日常经营活动提供各种法律服务。同时，张卫东律师还曾参与了许多外商在华投资项目的谈判、起草文件及申请报批工作，曾为包括法国陈氏兄弟有限公司、美国ＣＢＭ采煤集团等外国公司处理其在华投资经营活动中的法律事务。张律师在十年执业期间，还为客户处理各种不良债务，先后代理几十起经济纠纷诉讼案和仲裁案。张卫东律师在为客户服务时，工作态度积极认真，并以及时、高效而为客户所称道。

Zhang Weidong , graduated from Foreign Economic & Trade University in 1989, and joined the Great Wall Law Office in August the same year. Mr. Zhang established the G & W Law Firm as one of the partners, who were from the former Great Wall Law Office, in 1999. Through his ten years practice as a licensed lawyer , Mr.Zhang gets extensive professional experience. Successively he is the counselor to more than ten state-owned corporations and foreign investing corporations such as Xi’an Jassen Pharmaceutical Ltd, China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation, Holland SHV Energy Ltd. and Beijing Waterson Distilled Water Ltd., and offers comprehensive legal service for them on their management activities. Meanwhile, Mr.Zhang participated in the negotiation , drafting the legal documents and application for approval for many projects invested by foreigners in China. 华静
Hua Jing

        华静律师1987年毕业于中国人民大学法律系研究生班。1987年至1995年华律师在北京商学院法律系任讲师，曾担任国际法、经济合同法等课程的讲授工作，并参与各种学术研究活动，先后发表了有关代理法、广告管理法、反不正当竞争法等方面的文章。执教期间曾在某律师事务所任兼职律师。1995年华律师调入对外贸易经济合作部长城对外经济律师事务所工作。1999年作为创始律师之一，华律师与长城所的部分律师组建了格文律师事务所。华静律师曾参与或承担过许多外商在华投资项目的谈判、文件起草制作，代理外国投资者办理在华设立投资性公司的一切法律手续。此外，还担任数家国有外贸进出口公司、外商投资企业的常年法律顾问，为它们日常经营管理中遇到的法律问题提供咨询等服务。华静律师的主要业务是与国际投资法、公司法以及国际贸易法有关的法律业务。

Hua Jing , graduated in 1987,was a member of  the graduate student class of  Law Faculty of the China People's University. From Aug.1987 to 1995, during her being a docent of the Law Faculty of Beijing Commercial College, she had been the teacher of  International Law, Contract Law and other courses. And she was active in theory investigation, and published several articles on agency law and the law of  the administration of advertisement. During the period of being a teacher, she also worked as a part-time lawyer in a law office. Ms Hua joined the Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Office in1995. And in1999, she established the G&W Law Firm on the basis of Great Wall as one of the partners from Great Wall. Ms Hua has negotiated and drafted legal documents for a number of projects in China invested by foreigners, and she handling all the legal affairs relating to the establishment of  investing corporations as an agent for the foreign investors. Besides, Ms Hua is the perennial legal counselor to many big foreign corporations and domestic state-owned export & import corporations, and offers legal service on their management activities.. His principal areas of practice are legal services relating to international investment law, corporation law and international trade law.
